zaikal: I did a considerable deal of tag cleanup today after figuring out how I could mass remove individual tags (I probably should have just asked directly but it wasn't pressing).
Along with some few dozen images which had no appropriate character tags, two major changes dealt with the reconciliation of a couple mutually exclusive tag pairs, namely the removal of `unknown_artist` from any image tagged with an `artist:` namespaced tag, and the removal of `tagme` from any images with equal to or more than ten tags—I think this hits more or less a sweet spot for categorization purposes, which the sharty booru has set precedent for, save for only the most complex and/or character-rich images.
zaikal: Zalt, let me know if you'd like me to go back and re-apply this tag to any especially 'populous' images from which it was removed.
To the taggingGOD, I hope the removal of the excess `tagme` labels makes it a little easier to find ones in need of your autism. Please keep up the effort, it is massively appreciated.
cheers to all.
zaikal: @zaikal: I should clarify that I do NOT think it's necessary to require at least tags for submission approval or that all images with under ten tags be given the `tagme` label--it's just a placeholder I apply to nearly all images I upload for convenience at this point, until myself or others find the time to tag each one properly, and thereafter remove it. (That process is necessarily more time-consuming, however.) Only that, in nearly all cases, 10 tags is sufficient for very nearly any image to be exempt from the urgent need for further tagging.
